The Owner:

KCloutt Customs LLC was created in December 2021 by Khalil R. Jordan. A native of Prince George County, Maryland, Khalil graduated from Virginia State University and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. I began creating rugs simply as a creative hobby during the midst of the pandemic and have been rug tufting ever since!
